under the Navy's SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) program in may 2007.
The SeaPort-e program makes electronic procurement of engineering,
technical, and programmatic support a reality. The Navy's Virtual
Systems Command (VS) consisting of:

leveraged the success and efficiencies of the NAVSEA "SeaPort"
business model to design "SeaPort-e" to be the vehicle
of choice to obtain engineering, technical, and program management
services from Marshall Communications Corporated . All members
of the VS, as well as their subordinate commands, with contracting
warrants may exercise this vehicle.
