Marshall Communications Corp was chosen as a prime contractor under the Navy's SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) program in may 2007. The SeaPort-e program makes electronic procurement of engineering, technical, and programmatic support a reality. The Navy's Virtual Systems Command (VS) consisting of:

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR)
Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)
Strategic Systems Program (SSP)
Military Sealift Command (MSC)
Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC)
United States Marine Corp (USMC)

has leveraged the success and efficiencies of the NAVSEA "SeaPort" business model to design "SeaPort-e" to be the vehicle of choice to obtain engineering, technical, and program management services from Marshall Communications Corporated . All members of the VS, as well as their subordinate commands, with contracting warrants may exercise this vehicle.
