   "Consolidated functionality" implies interoperability and compatibility (as a minimum) across agencies and within agencies.   MARSHALL offers the nation's first and only secure satellite-IP-based, ultra reliable, content delivery service.   We provide this service via our "EagleStreams" platform.   This service will support commercial and Government requirements, however the first customer was a large Government agency that is using it for distance learning (broadcast quality video) and delivery of public interest dynamic signage content and scripts.   As a value added feature, we provide at no additional cost with this service, access to our LAN-TV service.   Using the same small dish and low cost receive equipment; customers can enjoy "live news" (i.e. Fox News, amongst others) right on their desktops at 30 frames/sec.   We provide the customer with streaming video (Windows Media compatible) at 1Mbps/channel for immediate access to world news

   MARSHALL also provides a two-way Very Small Aperture Satellite (VSAT) service that is also standards based (DVB-RCS) and allows an Agency to implement a secure Intranet capability that can interface with their corporate WAN.   This Intranet service can also support voice over IP (VoIP), Desktop Video Teleconferencing as well as the Internet.   For continuity of operations plans (COOP) or disaster recovery, this is perfect because we can provide transportable as well as fly-away systems at very cost effective rates compared to the classical, proprietary shared hub VSAT systems out there today.   we provide the total solution, VSAT terminals, space segment lease, and an "800" number for 24x7 Help Desk support.
